Happy Friday {and a free scripture printable}

Happy Friday, Friends.

This week I've been really trying to meditate on just one scripture. All week. (part of my January Goals.) In a perfect world, I would meditate on LOTS of scripture and spend a lot more time in God's word. But for now, my goal is one.

Without a doubt, whenever I choose to read the Bible—I am changed. I cannot explain it. But God promises it! He says His word is alive and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Heb 4:12). That it doesn't return void—and will accomplish what it was sent out to do (Isaiah 55:11). I SO quickly forget that. I think I can do things on my own... or I think I can get by with the knowledge of the Word. But y'all, there's something about reading it and poring over it. Its just different. I'm always left thinking, Why do I not do this more often?!?

So this week, I chose Psalm 136:1. Simple yet poignant.

Here is a little printable for you (there are 3 sizes) Put it on your refrigerator, tape it on your mirror or in your car. Don't just let it be a cute decoration, but read it and think about it every time you see it.
